Giovanna Randall is the head designer and CEO of Honor. An opera singer turned pre-medical student turned luxury designer, Giovanna trained at FIT before interning at CNC Costume National in Milan.

Lace Shorts are all over this spring, like Lace shorts from Tibi or these nude Haute Hippie lace shorts
So far the Lace shorts from Honor are my favorite.
I am also mad for these delicate sexy knee highs with ankle strapped Mary Janes (a must buy for 2012), these knee highs can be worn to the office under a long (well past the knee) skirt or dress but show them off with something much shorter on the evenings and weekends

I also love the cutout rounded collar especially on this stunning plaid cupcake dress
which is reminiscent of my favoriet accessory from Autumn/Winter 2011, the gold round collar necklace by Louis Vuitton. You can absolutely do this in the office too and is a perfect example of how to put a fashion forward spin on an office staple.

This bold suit or short suit (so long as the shorts hit the knee) are also a great professional and stylish approach to casual Friday.

Giovanna Randall's Pre Fall 2012 collection is bold, sturdy and sophisticated; the opposite of Spring.
